March Mascots

This was an ambitious project with a large team, many moving pieces, and a tight turn around. The project centered around March Madness. Skype offered their customers unique mascots as a way to celebrate the games. People answered some questions (including favorite number and hobby) and Skype gave them a personalized mascot based on their answers. I was in charge of creating the initial designs of the characters and assets. I also designed and animated some of the mascots. Our team of 20+ people consisted of directors, designers, developers, managers, IT and others. The project was fast paced as we created hundreds of mascots. In total I designed, rigged and animated 73 characters, and created the majority of assets used by the team of artists.
